Carter Mazur is an American professional ice hockey player for the Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League (NHL). Mazur played college ice hockey at Denver. He was drafted 70th overall by the Red Wings in the 2021 NHL entry draft.
