Cionel Félix Pérez Viera is a Cuban professional baseball pitcher in the New York Mets organization. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Houston Astros, Cincinnati Reds, Baltimore Orioles, and Washington Nationals. He signed with the Astros as an international free agent in 2016, and made his MLB debut with them in 2018.
