Cionel Félix Pérez Viera is a Cuban professional baseball pitcher for the Washington Nationals of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Houston Astros, Cincinnati Reds, and Baltimore Orioles. He signed with the Astros as an international free agent in 2016, and made his MLB debut with them in 2018.
